19th Annual Triple B - BBQ Competition

Cost to enter is $95 which includes 24 pieces of chicken and 3 racks of ribs. Participants cannot sell this meet and have to have 8 portions to turn in. There is a Pro Division which we will award a 1st, 2nd, & 3rd place winner as well as an Amateur Division. The Amateur Division is broken down into 4 categories: Really Awesome Citizen (for those just coming out on their own,) Food Entity (who would not register for the pro division,) Small Business, and finally Large Corporation. We will award a 1stand 2nd within each category and then an overall 1st for the Amateur Division. We will also have a BBQ Sauce Competition that anyone can enter – so pro or not pro will all be judged the same.

Competitors will be able to pick up the ribs and chicken from 0600 to 0800 at Hub City Smokehouse. Chicken has to be turned in at 1400 and ribs must be turned in at 1500. We are not setting start times or regulations along those lines as it’ll be up to the competitor for how long they wish to cook, just as long as it’s not turned in raw.
